MEMBER & GUEST BOOKINGS
1) Online bookings are available 21 days prior to play.
2) Payment is due either in full for all Guest online bookings in advance of play or at the Clubhouse before play commences.
3) The cost of the green fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of tee time, EXCEPT if the course is closed.

VISITOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
1) Online bookings are available 7 days prior to arrival.
2) Payment is due in full for all online bookings at time of booking. All online payments are processed via merchant CLEAR ACCEPT.
3) Any request for refunds must be directed to the Handicap & Competitions Secretary at egc.competitions@gmail.com or by using the contact form below.
4) The cost of your green fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the tee time, EXCEPT if the course is closed.
5) The Club dress code must be observed. Only golfing attire (no T-shirts, sports shirts, cargo pants allowed) and golf shoes must be worn. No sharing of clubs is permitted.

Please note that that the course is not open to Visitors on the following days/times :-

1) Thursdays between 09:30am - 15:30pm (Ladies Members Competition Day). Bookings for 9 holes between 07:30 and 09:30 are available and after 15:30pm for 9 or 18 holes.
2) Saturdays until after 18:30pm (Gents Members Competition Day)
